Bountiful Harvest Wine Tasting

A “Celebration of Harvest” is the theme for a seasonal banquet and wine tasting,
6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20 at Upstairs at Forty 1° North.

Continuing our tradition of cold-weather tastings the third Thursday of each month,
Forty 1° North presents an evening highlighting the abundance of flavors of the fall season.

With locally-grown crops from nearby farms, our culinary team crafts a five-course tasting menu representative of the fall harvest, featuring butternut and varieties of squash. Married with goat cheese ravioli, spaghetti carbonera and seared sea scallops, among other dishes, and perfectly paired with wines including Esperto Pinot Grigio and Chandon unoaked Chardonnay, this veggie-rich feast is not just farm-friendly, but also healthy.
